In the popular medicine it is used while having gastrointestinal and feminine diseases; externally for curing abscesses, cuts, furuncles, as well as in the form of rinses while having angina, stomatitis and other diseases of mouth cavity; eliminating dysbacteriosis, normalizing metabolism, bed-wetting; cystitis; duodenitis, and as a soothing agent. Leaves and flowers of the plant contain several times more of ascorbic acid than in lemons.
Way of making and use: pour 0,5 l of hot water over 2 tablespoons of the product, boil in the covered enamel cookware on the slow heat for 5-7 minutes. Express for 30 minutes, filter through 2-3 layers of gauze fabric. Take in 1/2 of glass 3-4 times a day after meals.
